COVID-19 Relief Program

October Extension

Dear Partners,

Given the continued uncertainty and current state of the pandemic, FidoCure® will be extending the COVID-19 Relief Program until the end of October

Our team is working hard to improve and expand access, and our intention with this program is to ensure FidoCure® remains accessible to all, especially those who are economically affected by COVID-19. 

As a reminder, the program includes:

  • 3 month payment deferment
  • Payment plan options for diagnostics and therapy
  • $500 accessibility grant for diagnostics

The full terms of the program remain the same and are available below for your convenience.

New Payment Options with FidoCure®

All clinics are currently eligible.

For diagnostics, the clinic may choose between a deferment or payment plan program: 


 3 Month Payment Deferment

  • FidoCure® will defer the due date of the invoice to the clinic for up to 90 days
  • FidoCure® will invoice the clinic, not the pet parent
  • The clinic is responsible for payment at the end of the deferment period

Payment Plans

  • Up to six (6) payments for diagnostics and up to three (3) payments for therapy
  • FidoCure® will invoice the clinic, not the pet parent
  • The clinic is responsible for collecting the payments from the pet parent

COVID-19 $500 Accessibility Grant

For patients who cannot afford the full cost of FidoCure®, a COVID-19 $500 Accessibility Grant may be added to the Deferment or Payment Plans:
 

Needs-Based Discount 

Maximum discount for diagnostic (per case): $500

Eligibility Requirements:

  • We respect the confidentiality of your client's finances and will not ask you to disclose this information
  • As the direct line of contact to your client, we trust your judgement to help us determine if a patient will benefit from a needs-based discount
  • Simply let us know and we’ll apply the discount on our end

To request to apply any of these programs to a case, please submit the case and reach out to admin@fidocure.com. We will get back to you within 1 business day.

These programs will be in place until October 31st, 2020. After that, we will reevaluate and consider an extension, as needed.
